Author: .... Franklin W. Dixon
Publisher: ... Grosset & Dunlap, Inc.
Edition: ... Tweed
Binding: ... Hardcover
Copyright: ... 1959
Published: ... Early 1960s
Book Condition: .... Good
Jacket Condition: .. Fair -

The book is in good condition. The tan tweed binding is tight and square. The book has the brown multi-picture endpages. The bottom edge of both the front and back covers show shelf rub marks. The corners are bumped and the board is showing on both bottom corners. The top and bottom of the spine are curved from shelf wear. There was no writing seen in the book, although there appears to have been something written on the upper corner of the title page that was erased.

The dust jacket is in fair- condition. There are many tears that were repaired with tape at some point. The photo shows the damage. The back of the jacket is an advertisement for The Tom Swift, Jr. Adventures series and it lists to book 15.

Inside the book is a list of The HARDY BOYS Mystery Stories. The last one listed is The Mystery of the Chinese Junk which was copyright 1960. The book contains 20 chapters in 170 pages.

Using the information from the published book list in the front of the book, the list on the back of the dust jacket and the fact that the book has the tan tweed binding, this edition would have been published in 1961 or 1962.

The photos are of the actual book for sale. Please review the photos, enlarge the photos of interest and email if you have additional questions.
