Quote from the dust jacket:

"Miss Nollar has a flare for the romantic. She knows how to build an active plot with sustained suspense which has plenty of interest.

The deeper experiences of life add to her gift of writing an absorbing story, a mellowness and fragrance which, to the serious reader, after all, is the essence of a good story.

Miss Noller never writes a story just for the sake of writing an interesting tale. The deeper motivation of the author, in all her books, is to make the Savior, whom she loves, attractive and beautiful to her readers.

You will like this new book, "RENDEZVOUS WITH VICTORY". We believe it is her best story thus far. And it is a very timely novel! It is a book which deals with episodes of the present war.

In the opening chapters the author introduces a doctor and a nurse. There are differences and complications and difficulties. A very fine and interesting plot is developed, with a romantic touch here and there.

In the latter part of the book, the reader finds both the doctor and the nurse in the Philippines. While our boys are being overwhelmed by the treacherous [Japanese] and are suffering the horrors of war, the main characters of the book offer all that is in them to alleviate the physical and mental suffering of our soldiers.

While bringing to the boys the message of Him who is in the hour of agony our light and our salvation, they themselves find happiness and redemption in Christ."
